A museum displaying finds from the Keezhadi excavations was opened near the site in Sivaganga district.

Chief Minister M. K. Stalin inaugurated the Keezhadi heritage museum on 5 March 2023 near the archaeological site in Sivaganga district, which was discovered in 2014. The museum was built at a cost of about Rs 18.42 crore across 31,000 square feet. It displays artefacts from the Keezhadi excavations, which have been linked to an urban settlement of the Sangam age, along with replicas of trenches and urns from the nearby burial site of Konthagai. The museum became a centre for public interest in early Tamil history.
